πΊ Hibiscus Berry Punch
Cooling β’ Heart-Opening β’ Vibrant
Ingredients:
- β’ 4 Tbsp dried hibiscus petals
- β’ 1 Tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 cup frozen berry fruit mix
- β’ 4 cups water
- β’ 3β4 Tbsp honey or agave (adjust to taste)
- β’ Optional: fresh berries for garnish
Directions:
1. In a heat-safe jar or teapot, combine hibiscus, elderberries, rose petals, and lemon peel.
2. Pour over just-boiled water and cover. Steep 20β30 minutes for a strong, tart brew.
3. Strain into a pitcher and stir in honey or agave while still warm.
4. Chill in the fridge, then serve over ice with fresh berries if desired.
