🌺 Hibiscus Berry Punch

Ingredients:
- • 4 Tbsp dried hibiscus petals
- • 1 Tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 cup frozen berry fruit mix
- • 4 cups water
- • 3–4 Tbsp honey or agave (adjust to taste)
- • Optional: fresh berries for garnish
Directions:
1. In a heat-safe jar or teapot, combine hibiscus, elderberries, rose petals, and lemon peel.
2. Pour over just-boiled water and cover. Steep 20–30 minutes for a strong, tart brew.
3. Strain into a pitcher and stir in honey or agave while still warm.
4. Chill in the fridge, then serve over ice with fresh berries if desired.
Ritual Note: Sip slowly, letting the tartness remind you to release what no longer serves you.
