🍋 Blueberry Spirulina Lemonade Refresher

Ingredients:

• 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

• 4 cups water (divided)

• ½ cup fresh lemon juice (~2–3 lemons)

• ¼ cup honey or agave

• ½ tsp spirulina powder (start small—this is potent!)

• Ice for serving

Directions:

1. In a small pot, combine blueberries and 2 cups of water. Bring to a gentle simmer for 5 minutes to release color and flavor.

2. Strain into a pitcher, pressing berries to get all the juice.

3. Add remaining 2 cups cold water, lemon juice, and honey/agave. Stir until sweetener dissolves.

4. Whisk in spirulina powder until fully blended.

5. Serve over ice, watching the color swirl before it settles into a deep ocean blue.
